Was erwartet dich?
- Du leitest fachlich und organisatorisch den Wohnbereich und setzt das Pflegekonzept, die Expertenstandards und QM-Vorgaben um
- Du planst den Personaleinsatz und führst, motivierst und entwickelst das Pflegeteam im Wohnbereich weiter
- Du steuerst und überwachst den Pflegeprozess sowie die Pflegedokumentation unter Einhaltung der gesetzlichen Vorgaben
- Du bereitest externe Prüfungen vor und begleitest diese, wie zum Beispiel die Heimaufsicht oder MD-Qualitätsprüfung
- Du bist eine vertrauensvolle Ansprechperson für Bewohner:innen, Angehörige, Ärzt:innen und externe Dienstleister

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d), Altenpfleger:in oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger:in
- Du hast eine Weiterbildung zur verantwortlichen Leitung einer Wohn-/Funktionseinheit (mind. 460 Std.) oder ein pflegebezogenes Studium abgeschlossen – alternativ bist du bereit, diese Weiterbildung innerhalb der nächsten 2 Jahre zu absolvieren
- Du bringst mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der stationären Langzeitpflege mit
- Du verfügst über sichere EDV-Kenntnisse in Pflegedokumentation, Dienstplanprogrammen, Roxtra und MS Office
- Du hast erste Leitungs- oder Vorerfahrungen, die wünschenswert sind
- Du hast idealerweise Weiterbildungen in Praxisanleitung, als Qualitätsbeauftragte:r, gerontopsychiatrische Fachkraft, Wundexpert:in oder Palliative Care absolviert

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
