- Du begleitest die privaten Betreuungskund:innen bei ihrer Finanzplanung in allen Lebensphasen
- Du deckst die Bedarfe der Kund:innen kundenorientiert mit einem erweiterten Produkt- und Dienstleistungsportfolio der Bank und der genossenschaftlichen Finanzgruppe
- Du nutzt deinen Gestaltungsspielraum mit erweiterten Kreditkompetenzen sowie erhöhten Möglichkeiten in der Konditionsgestaltung
- Du berätst die Kund:innen ganzheitlich unter Einbezug von Spezialist:innen, z. B. für Immobilienfinanzierung
- Du intensivierst die Geschäftsbeziehungen durch den Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen sowie den Aufbau von Potenzialkund:innen
- Du kannst die Funktion in Abstimmung mit der Teamleitung mit regionalen Repräsentanzfunktionen verbinden

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Bankkaufmann bzw. zur Bankkauffrau und idealerweise den Abschluss als Bankfachwirt:in und Bankbetriebswirt:in erlangt
- Du verfügst über umfassende Fachkenntnisse in der Finanzplanung durch eine qualifizierte, mehrjährige Berufsausübung
- Du verfügst über eine hohe Entscheidungskompetenz und nimmst Handlungsspielräume eigenverantwortlich wahr
- Du erkennst, was deine Kund:innen wirklich brauchen und hast Lust auf genossenschaftliche Beratung
- Du besitzt eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke sowie Service- und Dienstleistungsorientierung
- Du zeichnest dich durch eine hohe technische Affinität aus und bist motiviert, deine eigenen Ideen zu entwickeln und einzubringen
