Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst das präzise WIG-Schweißen von Metallbauteilen wie Blechen, Rohren und Profilen und stellst so die Stabilität unserer Konstruktionen sicher.
- Anhand von technischen Zeichnungen und Arbeitsplänen bereitest du die Werkstücke vor, schneidest Metalle exakt zu und führst Bohrungen durch.
- Du fügst die vorbereiteten Bauteile durch Schweißen, Schrauben oder Nieten zu komplexen Baugruppen zusammen und arbeitest dabei eng mit deinen Teamkollegen zusammen.
- Du verantwortest die sorgfältige Qualitätskontrolle deiner Arbeit, indem du Schweißnähte prüfst und die Maßhaltigkeit der fertigen Teile sicherstellst.
- Die eigenständige Wartung und Pflege deiner Werkzeuge und Maschinen gehört ebenfalls zu deinem Aufgabenbereich, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf zu garantieren.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine Ausbildung im Metallbereich, z. B. als Fachkraft für Metalltechnik, oder überzeugst uns mit deiner praktischen Erfahrung in der Metallbearbeitung.
- Du bringst gute und sichere Kenntnisse im WIG-Schweißen mit.
- Technische Zeichnungen und Arbeitspläne liest du souverän und setzt sie präzise um.
- Dein handwerkliches Geschick, technisches Verständnis und deine zuverlässige Arbeitsweise zeichnen dich aus.
- Du sprichst ausreichend gut Deutsch, um dich problemlos im Team abzustimmen.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
