- Du arbeitest direkt an der Seite des Account Executive, unterstützt ihn im Tagesgeschäft und übernimmst bei Vertretungen die Kundenbetreuung eigenständig auf Augenhöhe
- Du übersetzt Kundenanforderungen in konkrete interne Schritte, du hörst zu, ordnest ein und sorgst dafür, dass beim Team ankommt, was der Kunde wirklich braucht
- Du erstellst detaillierte Angebote, planst Meetings und Präsentationen und behältst bei mehreren Kunden und Projekten gleichzeitig den Überblick, damit nichts durchrutscht
- Du pflegst unser CRM-System, bereitest Reports und Daten sauber auf und hilfst so, unsere internen Prozesse laufend zu verbessern

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine Ausbildung oder ein Studium im technischen oder kaufmännischen Bereich abgeschlossen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
