Was erwartet dich?
- Du leitest und steuerst eigenverantwortlich Projekte im Bereich MSR-Technik und Gebäudeautomation
- Du planst, koordinierst und überwachst alle Projektphasen von der Vergabe bis zur Inbetriebnahme
- Du führst und koordinierst interne Projektteams sowie externe Nachunternehmer und Lieferanten
- Du stellst die Einhaltung von Kosten-, Termin- und Qualitätszielen sicher
- Du stimmst dich technisch mit Bauherren, Fachplanern und weiteren Projektbeteiligten ab
- Du erstellst und prüfst Leistungsverzeichnisse, Angebote und Nachträge und überwachst die Inbetriebnahme sowie begleitest Abnahmen und Übergaben

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektro-, Automatisierungs-, Versorgungstechnik oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Projektleitung von MSR- oder Gebäudeautomationsprojekten mit
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in der Mess-, Steuerungs- und Regelungstechnik sowie der Gebäudeautomation
- Du hast Erfahrung in der technischen und kaufmännischen Projektabwicklung und bist sicher im Umgang mit relevanten Normen, Richtlinien und technischen Vorschriften
- Du besitzt ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeit
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, selbstständig und lösungsorientiert und hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
