- Sie prüfen und analysieren die Monatsabschlüsse auf Richtigkeit, Vollständigkeit und Plausibilität und leiten relevante Maßnahmen ab
- Sie analysieren und entwickeln Kennzahlen, Reports und Forecasts weiter, um Kosten, Effizienz und Profitabilität zu steuern
- Sie wirken bei der Budgetplanung und dem Forecasting mit und überwachen sowie analysieren die Einkaufsbudgets
- Sie unterstützen die strategische Steuerung des Einkaufs durch Analysen zu Einkaufsvolumen, Preisentwicklungen, Konditionen und Einsparpotenzialen
- Sie entwickeln das Berichtswesen, die Controlling-Instrumente sowie die eingesetzten BI- und ERP-Systeme weiter
- Sie entwickeln und optimieren Prozesse und Systeme unter Einsatz von KI, Automatisierung und modernen Datenanalysemethoden

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Controlling, Finanzen, Rechnungswesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (m/w/d)
- Sie verfügen über fundierte Kenntnisse im Controlling, Rechnungswesen, in der Kennzahlenanalyse sowie in Budgetierung und Forecasting
- Sie besitzen sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im Umgang mit BI-Tools, ERP-Systemen und der Analyse größerer Datenmengen
- Sie haben ein ausgeprägtes analytisches und betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis und die Fähigkeit, aus Daten konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen abzuleiten
- Sie haben Interesse und idealerweise Erfahrung im Einsatz von KI, Automatisierung und modernen Analysemethoden zur Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Systemen
- Sie arbeiten eigenverantwortlich, strukturiert und ergebnisorientiert und verfügen über ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Team- und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
