Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst die technische Erstqualifikation und Analyse eingehender Tickets durch (1st- und 2nd-Level-Support), inklusive der Bewertung von Fehlermeldungen, Prozesslogiken und Systemverhalten
- Du bearbeitest selbstständig technische Anliegen von Kund:innen im Cockpit (SaaS), von Funktionsfragen bis zur Reproduktion technischer Probleme
- Du analysierst und löst eigenständig Probleme in Import- und Export-Templates
- Du arbeitest eng mit Fachabteilungen wie Produktentwicklung, Professional Services und Technik zusammen, insbesondere bei technischen Klärungen
- Du unterstützt im Post-GoLive, indem du technische Rückfragen der Kund:innen übernimmst und mit PS-Teams abstimmst
- Du überwachst technische Support-KPIs und leitest Optimierungsmaßnahmen ab
- Du wirkst an der Automatisierung im Ticketsystem mit, einschließlich Workflows, Routing und Klassifizierungslogik
- Du arbeitest am KI-Bot mit, indem du technische Inhalte strukturiert aufbereitest und relevante Wissenseinträge erstellst und pflegst
- Du pflegst die Wissensdatenbank, einschließlich technischer FAQs, Anleitungen und Troubleshooting-Schritte
- Du nimmst an Workshops zur Weiterentwicklung unserer technischen Supportprozesse teil

- Du hast erste Erfahrungen oder eine hohe Lernbereitschaft im Support von SaaS-Lösungen
- Du bist in der Lage, Zusammenhänge schnell zu erfassen, Fehler logisch zu analysieren und reproduzierbar aufzuarbeiten
- Du hast ein Verständnis für Themen wie Datenflüsse, Nutzerrechte, Schnittstellenverhalten, Konfigurationen und Systemlogiken
- Du hast Erfahrungen in der Arbeit mit CSV- und Excel-Dateiformaten

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
