Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für die gesamte IT-Infrastruktur unseres Unternehmens an Standorten in Deutschland, Österreich und Spanien (M365, Server, Netzwerk, Endgeräte, Security, DRC)
- Sie bauen und betreiben eine KI-fähige Infrastruktur als technologische Basis für unsere Digitalisierungs-Roadmap
- Sie managen den Hardware- und Software-Lifecycle – zentral gesteuert, remote und vor Ort
- Sie stellen die Cyber-Resilienz aller Gruppenunternehmen sicher und führen regelmäßige Audits durch
- Sie definieren, setzen um und entwickeln gruppenweite IT-Security-Standards weiter (Identity, Endpoint, Backup, Recovery)
- Sie steuern externe IT-Dienstleister (MSPs) und bauen interne Kompetenz auf – von der Beschaffung bis zum operativen Betrieb

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben mindestens 8 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der IT-Infrastruktur, davon 3+ Jahre in einer Führungs-, Architektur- oder Senior-Rolle
- Sie verfügen über fundierte Kenntnisse in M365-Administration (Entra ID, Intune, Defender) und in modernen IT-Security-Konzepten
- Sie haben Erfahrung im Aufbau und Betrieb von Multi-Site-Umgebungen – idealerweise standort- und länderübergreifend
- Sie besitzen idealerweise eine ITIL-Zertifizierung oder ein vergleichbares Prozessverständnis
- Sie haben sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse und Spanischkenntnisse sind ein Plus
- Sie bringen eine Hands-on-Mentalität gepaart mit strategischem Weitblick mit – Sie denken in Architekturen und liefern gleichzeitig im Tagesgeschäft

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
