Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest die eigenständige Bearbeitung der Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung in unserem ERP-System (SAP/One World) und stellst die korrekte Verbuchung aller Geschäftsvorfälle sicher.
- Du prüfst Eingangsrechnungen sachlich sowie steuerlich, klärst Differenzen in Abstimmung mit den Fachabteilungen und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf der Ausgangsrechnungen.
- Du überwachst die offenen Posten, steuerst das Mahnwesen und trägst so aktiv zur Sicherung unserer Liquidität bei.
- Du übernimmst die Verbuchung von Bankkontoauszügen sowie der Kasse und unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Meldungen an Behörden.
- Du bearbeitest die Reisekostenabrechnungen unserer Mitarbeitenden und unterstützt bei administrativen Themen wie dem Fuhrparkleasing.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. als Industriekaufmann/-frau oder Steuerfachangestellte/r) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du bringst mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung mit.
- Im Umgang mit MS Office und einem ERP-System (idealerweise SAP oder One World) bist du versiert.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist selbstständig, zuverlässig und strukturiert, gepaart mit Teamgeist und Engagement.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (C1) und gutes Englisch (B2).
- Ein Führerschein und die Bereitschaft zur teilweisen Einarbeitung am Standort Meinerzhagen runden dein Profil ab.
