Was erwartet dich?
- Du entwickelst Anwendungen und Automatisierungslösungen, die Geschäftsprozesse digitalisieren und manuelle Abläufe vereinfachen
- Du konzipierst und betreibst Schnittstellen zwischen Anwendungen, Datenbanken und weiteren Systemen
- Du realisierst Webanwendungen und/oder Backend-Lösungen sowie Skripte und bringst eigene Ideen bei der technischen Umsetzung ein
- Du bindest unterschiedliche Datenquellen ein und machst Informationen für Anwendungen und Prozesse nutzbar
- Du arbeitest direkt mit unseren Fachabteilungen zusammen und übersetzt Anforderungen in pragmatische technische Lösungen
- Du begleitest deine Lösungen von der Idee über die Entwicklung bis zum produktiven Betrieb und entwickelst sie kontinuierlich weiter, während du Anwender-Support für Eigenentwicklungen, Skripte und Standardanwendungen gibst

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik oder Wirtschaftsinformatik (z.B. als Fachinformatiker:in oder Bachelor of Science)
- Du hast Kenntnisse in mindestens zwei der folgenden Bereiche: PowerShell, Webentwicklung (z. B. HTML, CSS, JavaScript oder PHP), relationale Datenbanken und SQL
- Du hast Freude daran, technische Zusammenhänge zu verstehen und pragmatische Lösungen zu entwickeln
- Du arbeitest selbstständig und strukturiert, schätzt aber gleichzeitig den Austausch und die Zusammenarbeit in einem kleinen Team
- Du bist offen für neue Technologien und hast Lust, dich in neue Themen und Werkzeuge einzuarbeiten
- Du kannst Anforderungen aus den Fachbereichen aufnehmen und gemeinsam mit anderen in technische Lösungen übersetzen und verfügst über Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache mindestens auf B2-Niveau sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
