- Du erarbeitest mit den Fachbereichen neue Anforderungen für das Customer Frontend und Backend des Onlineshops sowie die Software für die Verwaltung der Online-Kund:innen
- Du analysierst die fachlichen Anforderungen und übersetzt diese in strukturierte User-Stories und Fachkonzepte
- Du begleitest die Tests und die Abnahme der Umsetzungen des externen Dienstleisters für die Softwareentwicklung
- Du bewertest die Auswirkungen neuer Anforderungen auf bestehende Prozesse

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, E-Commerce o. ä. bzw. eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Du bringst erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Anforderungsmanagement, Prozessanalyse und in der Zusammenarbeit mit internen oder externen Softwareentwickler:innen mit, idealerweise in der Glücksspiel- oder Unterhaltungsbranche
- Du hast ein ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis von Schnittstellen zwischen verschiedenen IT-Systemen
- Du bist mit den Grundprinzipien agiler Methoden vertraut und arbeitest strukturiert, behältst durch eine saubere Dokumentation stets den Überblick
- Du kannst analytisch denken, komplexe Sachverhalte schnell erfassen, diese verständlich erklären und Ursachen anhand von Symptomen herleiten
- Du verfügst über ein ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein und deine Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache liegen mindestens auf B2-Niveau, während deine Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift gut sind

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
