Was erwartet dich?
- Du entwickelst und optimierst unsere Klarlacke sowie pigmentierten Lacksysteme in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem F&E-Team.
- Du planst und führst eigenständig Versuchsreihen im Labor durch, um neue Rezepturen zu testen und bestehende zu verbessern.
- Dabei bist du für die Herstellung von Lackmustern sowie die Durchführung und Auswertung physikalischer und chemischer Prüfungen verantwortlich.
- Deine Ergebnisse dokumentierst du sorgfältig mit MS Office und trägst so direkt zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Produkte bei.

- Du bringst ein gutes technisches oder chemisches Verständnis mit, idealerweise durch eine Ausbildung im Labor-, Chemie- oder Lackbereich – auch als Quereinsteiger:in bist du willkommen.
- Du begeisterst dich für die Welt der Lacke sowie Beschichtungen und hast Lust, an der Entwicklung neuer Rezepturen mitzuwirken.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist sorgfältig, strukturiert und eigenverantwortlich, insbesondere bei der Planung und Dokumentation von Versuchsreihen.
- Als kommunikativer Teamplayer arbeitest du dich gerne in neue Themen ein und teilst dein Wissen aktiv mit deinen Kolleg:innen.
- Für den reibungslosen Austausch im Team sprichst du verhandlungssicher Deutsch (C2-Niveau).

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
