- Verwaltung von Reisekostenabrechnungen
- Administrative Verwaltung und Weiterentwicklung von internationalen Logistikprozessen
- Erstellung von Zoll und Versanddokumenten
- Aufbau und Pflege eines Logistik- und Dientsleisternetzwerks
- Aufbau und Pflege einer Wissensbasis für Zoll- und Exportangelegenheiten
- Planung der Dienstwagenverteilung für Montageeinsätze
- Verwaltung der Wartungs- und Werkstattintervalle (Reifenwechsel, Durchsicht, TÜV)
- Schadens- und Versicherungsmanagement
- Ladeplanung der E-Auto-Flotte
- Eigenständige Bearbeitung von Sonder- und Projektaufgaben

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Berufsausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Logistik, Versand, Fuhrpark, Einkauf oder Reisemanagement wünschenswert
- Erfahrung in der Organisation und Abwicklung von internationalen Transporten und Geschäftsreisen wünschenswert
- Sicherer Umgang mit externen Dienstleistern sowie mit Versand-, Transport- und Reisedokumenten
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit, Diskretion und Loyalität
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Freundliches, souveränes Auftreten und hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Lösungsorientierte und pragmatische Arbeitsweise
