- Du administrierst und steuerst die zentralen IT-Systeme für die Zählerfernauslesung im innovativen Umfeld des Smart Metering.
- Dein besonderer Fokus liegt auf dem Großkundenbereich, wo du für eine hohe Datenqualität und aussagekräftige Analysen sorgst.
- Gemeinsam im Team verantwortest du die operativen Prozesse von der Inbetriebnahme über den laufenden Betrieb bis hin zur Entstörung der intelligenten Messsysteme.
- In enger Abstimmung mit unserem Partner- und Kundennetzwerk stellst du die Einhaltung der vereinbarten Service Level Agreements sicher.
- Du wirkst aktiv an der Systemverbesserung mit, indem du Tests bei Software- und Hardware-Updates durchführst und dokumentierst.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, z. B. in der IT, Elektrotechnik oder im GWW-Bereich.
- Du bringst eine hohe IT-Affinität mit und hast Spaß daran, dich in spezialisierte Systeme einzuarbeiten und zielorientiert Lösungen zu finden.
- Als kommunikativer Teamplayer arbeitest du gerne eng mit Kolleg:innen zusammen, um gemeinsame Ziele zu erreichen.
- Kenntnisse in der Energiewirtschaft oder Messtechnik sind ein Plus, aber keine Voraussetzung.
- Du sprichst und schreibst fließend Deutsch (C1-Niveau), um einen reibungslosen Austausch im Team und mit Partnern sicherzustellen.
