Regelmäßige Arbeit vor Ort bei Kunden und Installateuren in Münster und Umgebung.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst eigenständig den Ein- und Ausbau sowie den turnusmäßigen Wechsel von Gas-, Wasser- und Wärmezählern direkt bei unseren Kund:innen im Versorgungsgebiet Münster.
- Als kompetente:r Ansprechpartner:in vor Ort berätst du unsere Kund:innen bei technischen Fragen zum Zählerwechsel und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf.
- Du dokumentierst deine durchgeführten Arbeiten sorgfältig über mobile Endgeräte und pflegst die relevanten Daten in unserem System.
- Du stellst die Einhaltung aller relevanten Sicherheitsvorschriften und Qualitätsstandards bei deinen Einsätzen sicher und führst Dichtheitsprüfungen durch.
- In enger Abstimmung mit der Disposition planst du deine täglichen Routen und stimmst dich bei Bedarf mit deinem Team ab, um einen effizienten Service zu gewährleisten.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Gas- und Wasserinstallateur:in oder Anlagenmechaniker:in für Sanitär-, Heizungs- und Klimatechnik.
- Du bringst handwerkliches Geschick mit, arbeitest selbstständig und verfügst über grundlegende PC-Kenntnisse (MS Office).
- Im Umgang mit Kund:innen und Kolleg:innen bist du freundlich, serviceorientiert und aufgeschlossen.
- Idealerweise hast du zusätzlich eine elektrotechnische Ausbildung.
- Du sprichst und schreibst fließend Deutsch, um dich sicher mit Kund:innen und im Team auszutauschen.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
