Was erwartet dich?
- Du bereitest unsere drei OP-Säle mit technischem Sachverstand und viel Übersicht vor
- Du stellst sicher, dass Instrumente, Materialien und Geräte perfekt vorbereitet sind
- Du arbeitest eng und vertrauensvoll mit unseren Operateur:innen zusammen
- Du übernimmst fachgerechte Instrumentier- und Springertätigkeiten während der Eingriffe und denkst vorausschauend mit, damit jeder Handgriff sitzt
- Du begleitest wache Patient:innen, erklärst Abläufe, beruhigst sie und gibst ihnen das Gefühl, in sicheren Händen zu sein
- Du kümmerst dich um die Aufbereitung des OPs nach den Eingriffen und führst die fachgerechte Übergabe der Patient:innen durch, um einen reibungslosen Übergang in die weiteren Abläufe zu gewährleisten

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Operationstechnische:r Assistent:in (OTA)
- Du bringst mindestens ein Jahr Berufserfahrung im OP-Bereich mit und bist sicher in Instrumentier- und Springertätigkeiten.
- Mit deiner empathischen und kommunikativen Art schaffst du eine vertrauensvolle Atmosphäre, besonders für unsere wachen Patient:innen.
- Du bist ein echter Teamplayer und schätzt die enge, interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit dem gesamten OP-Team.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (C1-Niveau) und bringst idealerweise gute Englischkenntnisse mit.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
