Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die Gesamtverantwortung für die Bereiche Finanzen sowie Controlling und agierst als direkter Sparringspartner der Geschäftsleitung.
- Du steuerst alle Controlling-Prozesse – von der Budgetplanung bis zum Forecasting – und entwickelst aussagekräftige Kennzahlensysteme für die Unternehmenssteuerung.
- Du treibst die Digitalisierung der Finanzabteilung aktiv voran, indem du kaufmännische Prozesse optimierst und die ERP-Systemlandschaft weiterentwickelst.
- Du begleitest strategische Projekte wie Investitionsentscheidungen und M&A-Transaktionen und stellst ein lückenloses Compliance- und Risikomanagement sicher.
- Du führst und entwickelst dein Team und förderst eine Kultur der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung und des unternehmerischen Denkens.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im kaufmännischen Bereich mit, idealerweise im dynamischen Mittelstand oder einem Technologieunternehmen.
- Deine Expertise in Finance, Controlling und Unternehmenssteuerung ist fundiert und du denkst analytisch sowie datengetrieben.
- Du verbindest strategischen Weitblick mit einer pragmatischen Hands-on-Mentalität, um Pläne erfolgreich in die Tat umzusetzen.
- Du hast bereits die Digitalisierung kaufmännischer Prozesse vorangetrieben und bist sicher im Umgang mit gängigen ERP-Systemen und Reporting-Tools.
- Idealerweise hast du bereits Transformations- oder Wachstumsprojekte begleitet und bringst ein gutes Verständnis für Investitions- und Finanzierungsprozesse mit.
- Für die reibungslose Kommunikation im Team und mit Partnern sprichst du fließend Deutsch (C1-Niveau).
