- Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Technology Clients und beantwortest gekonnt Anfragen, behältst Fristen im Blick, bereitest Dokumente auf und stellst sicher, dass alle wichtigen Details im Blick gehalten werden
- Du unterstützt bei der Vorbereitung, Aufbereitung und Nachverfolgung von Versicherungsausschreibungen und holst für unsere Mandant:innen das Maximum aus (internationalen) Versicherungsmärkten
- Du hast die Policen- & Vertragsverwaltung in sicheren Händen
- Du bist die mitdenkende Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Mandant:innen, den Versicherern und unseren internationalen Maklerpartnern: klar, zuverlässig und immer im Interesse unserer Mandant:innen handelnd
- Du behältst bei Schadenfällen den Überblick: Fristen, Dokumente, Kommunikation zwischen allen Beteiligten – Du sorgst dafür, dass der Prozess läuft

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kauffrau/-mann für Versicherungen und Finanzanlagen, ein versicherungs- oder wirtschaftsnahes Studium – oder einen anderen Einstieg, der dich hierhergeführt hat
- Du hast mindestens drei Jahre Erfahrung im Innendienst, Account Management, in einer Makler- oder Versicherungsumgebung
- Du bist organisiert und Wiedervorlagen, Parallel-Themen sowie vielseitige Ausschreibungen bringen dich nicht aus der Ruhe, sondern machen dir Spaß
- Du kommunizierst klar und verbindlich auf Deutsch und Englisch – schriftlich wie mündlich
- Du hast Lust, in einem kleinen, schnellen Team mitzuwachsen – mit echten Einblicken, echter Verantwortung und echten Mandant:innen
