Was erwartet dich?
- Du analysierst Kundenanforderungen und Geschäftsprozesse und überführst diese in funktionale und technische Lösungskonzepte
- Du berätst Kund:innen hinsichtlich Best Practices, Standardsoftwarelösungen und Optimierungsmöglichkeiten entlang ihrer Geschäftsprozesse
- Du unterstützt den Vertrieb durch Workshops, Software-Demonstrationen, Lösungspräsentationen und technische Kundenberatungen
- Du identifizierst Lücken zwischen Kundenanforderungen und Standardproduktfunktionen und definierst geeignete Lösungsansätze
- Du erstellst Spezifikationen, Testpläne und Abnahmekriterien und begleitest Kundenabnahmen
- Du unterstützt bei der Entwicklung der Softwarestrategie, Roadmap-Planung und Standardisierung des unternehmensinternen Portfolios sowie bei der konzeptionellen Entwicklung standardisierter Softwaremodule in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Solution Design und der Softwareentwicklung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung, mit Bezug zu Logistik, Automatisierung oder Supply Chain Management
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Softwarevertrieb, bei der Beratung von komplexen Produkten im Bereich Software und Logistik oder im Produktmanagement für komplexe Softwarelösungen
- Du hast gute Kenntnisse logistischer Prozesse und Abläufe, vorzugsweise in der Intralogistik
- Du bringst Erfahrung in der Analyse und Spezifikation von Kundenanforderungen sowie im Entwurf von Lösungs- und Softwarekonzepten mit
- Du arbeitest analytisch, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert und hast ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Du besitzt gute Englischkenntnisse und bist bereit, innerhalb Europas zu reisen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
