Was erwartet dich?
- Du behandelst stationäre Patient:innen mit Rücken- und Schmerzerkrankungen im Rahmen der multimodalen Schmerztherapie
- Du führst individuelle Einzel- und Gruppentherapien durch und richtest Deine Behandlung an den persönlichen Zielen und Möglichkeiten Deiner Patient:innen aus
- Du führst physiotherapeutische Befunderhebungen durch und leitest daraus passende Behandlungsschwerpunkte und Behandlungstechniken ab
- Du begleitest den Therapieverlauf, dokumentierst Deine Behandlungen und passt Deine Maßnahmen entsprechend der Entwicklung Deiner Patient:innen an
- Du arbeitest eng mit Ärzt:innen, Pflegekräften, Psycholog:innen und weiteren therapeutischen Berufsgruppen zusammen und bringst Deine physiotherapeutische Expertise aktiv in das interdisziplinäre Behandlungskonzept ein

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Physiotherapeut (m/w/d) und bringst idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung mit.
- Die Arbeit mit Menschen bereitet dir Freude und du begegnest deinen Patient:innen stets wertschätzend und auf Augenhöhe.
- Zusatzqualifikationen wie Manuelle Therapie oder Krankengymnastik am Gerät sind ein willkommenes Plus, das wir zusätzlich vergüten.
- Du arbeitest selbstständig sowie strukturiert und hast Lust, dich im Team fachlich weiterzuentwickeln.
- Für die reibungslose Kommunikation im Team und mit den Patient:innen sprichst du fließend Deutsch.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
