Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die eigenverantwortliche psychotherapeutische Behandlung Deiner Patient:innen im stationären Setting – von der Anamnese und Diagnostik bis zur individuellen Therapieplanung und Durchführung von Einzel- und Gruppensitzungen.
- Du arbeitest eng in einem interdisziplinären Team mit Ärzt:innen, Pflegekräften und Sozialarbeiter:innen zusammen, um eine ganzheitliche Betreuung sicherzustellen und Behandlungspläne abzustimmen.
- Du bringst Deine fachliche Expertise, z.B. aus der Verhaltenstherapie oder systemischen Therapie, aktiv in Fallbesprechungen ein und gestaltest so die Weiterentwicklung unserer Therapiekonzepte mit.
- Du gestaltest Deinen Arbeitsalltag eigenständig innerhalb eines strukturierten Wochenrahmens, der Dir klare Zeitfenster für Deine Therapiesitzungen und die Behandlungsplanung bietet.
- Du verantwortest die sorgfältige Dokumentation Deiner therapeutischen Arbeit sowie das Berichtswesen für Deinen festen und überschaubaren Patient:innenstamm von ca. 10 Personen (bei Vollzeit).

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Psychologie (Diplom oder M.Sc.).
- Du besitzt die Approbation als Psychologischer Psychotherapeut (m/w/d).
- Du hast Erfahrung in der stationären Psychotherapie oder möchtest dich in diesem Bereich weiterentwickeln.
- Du arbeitest gerne interdisziplinär und schätzt den fachlichen Austausch.
- Du zeichnest dich durch Empathie, eine klare Kommunikation und Verantwortungsbewusstsein aus.
- Für die vertrauensvolle Arbeit mit den Patient:innen sprichst du fließend Deutsch (C1-Niveau).

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
