Was erwartet dich?
- Du planst und führst eigenverantwortlich die ergotherapeutische Behandlung für unsere Patient:innen im Rahmen der stationären orthopädischen Rehabilitation durch.
- Du konzipierst und leitest individuelle Einzeltherapien, um gezielt auf die Bedürfnisse von Patient:innen mit Beschwerden an Schulter, Arm oder Hand einzugehen.
- Du leitest alltagsorientierte Gruppentherapien für Patient:innen mit Rücken-, Hüft- und Knieproblemen, um ihre Mobilität und Lebensqualität zu steigern.
- Du arbeitest eng im interdisziplinären Team mit Ärzt:innen, Pflegekräften und anderen Therapeut:innen zusammen, um ganzheitliche Behandlungspläne zu entwickeln.
- Du berätst Patient:innen zur Hilfsmittelversorgung und leitest Kreativgruppen im Rahmen der multimodalen Schmerztherapie, um neue Ressourcen zu aktivieren.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Ergotherapeut (m/w/d).
- Du bringst Freude am Umgang mit Menschen, Empathie und eine wertschätzende Kommunikation mit.
- Idealerweise hast du bereits erste Erfahrungen im orthopädischen Bereich gesammelt oder bist motiviert, dich hier weiterzuentwickeln.
- Eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich aus.
- Für den Austausch mit Patient:innen und dem Team sprichst du fließend Deutsch (mindestens C1-Niveau).

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
