Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst beim Kund:innen die Rolle als Product Owner: Du führst das Backlog, priorisierst und vertrittst das Produkt gegenüber dem Entwicklungsteam
- Du erhebst, analysierst und dokumentierst Anforderungen, z. B. als User Stories oder Use Cases in Jira und Confluence
- Du modellierst Ist- und Soll-Prozesse mit BPMN und zeigst, wo Digitalisierung wirklich etwas verbessert
- Du moderierst Workshops mit Fachbereich, Anwender:innen und Entwicklung, vor Ort oder remote
- Du begleitest die Einführung neuer Lösungen, inklusive Kommunikation und Change Management
- Du arbeitest mit Scrum oder SAFe und nutzt KI-Werkzeuge wie Langdock im Projektalltag

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast 4–8 Jahre Erfahrung als Product Owner (m/w/d), Requirements Engineer (m/w/d), Business Analyst:in oder im Prozessmanagement
- Du hast Erfahrung in IT- oder Digitalisierungsprojekten
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Scrum, Jira/Confluence und BPMN
- Du hast eine nachweisbare Technikaffinität
- Du sprichst Deutsch mindestens auf C1-Niveau und bist sicher in Workshops und Präsentationen
- Du bist bereit zu Vor-Ort-Terminen beim Kund:innen (im Schnitt rund 20 % der Zeit)

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
