Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie steuern, strukturieren und koordinieren die gesamte praktische Ausbildung nach dem Pflegeberufegesetz (PflBG) für alle Standorte unseres Unternehmens
- Sie halten engen Kontakt zu Pflegeschulen, Behörden und externen Kooperationspartnern
- Sie begleiten und prüfen Auszubildende in Schwerpunktphasen oder bei Prüfungen auch direkt vor Ort
- Sie repräsentieren das Unternehmen auf Messen und Karrieretagen als fachliche Ansprechperson für Ausbildung und Praxis

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann, Altenpfleger (m/w/d) oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger (m/w/d)
- Sie haben eine erfolgreich absolvierte Weiterbildung zur Praxisanleitung (mind. 300 Stunden) und erfüllen die gesetzliche jährliche Fortbildungspflicht (24 Stunden)
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Pflege
- Sie besitzen Organisationsgeschick, Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und eine hohe pädagogische Empathie
- Sie besitzen einen Führerschein der Klasse B für die Betreuung der verschiedenen Standorte

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
