Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie vertreten kompetent die Wohnbereichsleitung bei Abwesenheit und unterstützen bei der Personalleitung sowie der bedarfsgerechten Dienstplangestaltung
- Sie überwachen, steuern und dokumentieren die Pflege- und Betreuungsprozesse nach aktuellen Qualitätsstandards (Strukturmodell / SIS)
- Sie führen eine aktivierende, fachgerechte Grund- und Behandlungspflege direkt am Bewohner durch
- Sie motivieren, leiten an, arbeiten ein und begleiten Pflegekräfte, Auszubildende und Praktikant:innen auf dem Wohnbereich
- Sie arbeiten vertrauensvoll mit Ärzt:innen, Therapeut:innen, Behörden zusammen und sind Ansprechperson für Bewohner:innen und deren Angehörige

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft (Pflegefachmann/-frau, Altenpfleger:in, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger:in)
- Sie haben eine Weiterbildung zur verantwortlichen Leitung einer Wohn-/Funktionseinheit (mind. 460 Std.) oder ein pflegebezogenes Studium – alternativ sind Sie bereit zur Weiterbildung innerhalb der nächsten 2 bis 3 Jahre
- Sie verfügen über mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der stationären Langzeitpflege
- Sie besitzen sichere EDV-Kenntnisse (Pflegedokumentation, Dienstplanprogramm, Roxtra, MS Office)
- Sie haben idealerweise Weiterbildungen in Praxisanleitung, als gerontopsychiatrische Fachkraft, Wundexpert:in oder in Palliative Care absolviert

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
