Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie planen fachpraktischen Unterricht an den Berufsfachschulen für Pflege, bereiten ihn vor und führen ihn durch
- Sie entwickeln das Skills Lab mit und verantworten dort praxisorientierte Trainings von der Planung bis zur Evaluation
- Sie begleiten die Auszubildenden in der Praxis und bereiten die Praxisbegleitungen vor und nach
- Sie betreuen und beraten die Schüler:innen während ihrer Ausbildung
- Sie bereiten Prüfungen vor, führen sie durch und übernehmen Korrekturarbeiten
- Sie wirken an Schulentwicklung, Qualitätsmanagement und Schulorganisation mit, nehmen an Konferenzen und schulischen Veranstaltungen teil und präsentieren die Pflegeschule in der Öffentlichkeit

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Kranken-, Kinderkranken-, Alten- oder generalistischen Pflege.
- Ein Bachelorstudium ist keine Voraussetzung – Sie müssen dieses jedoch parallel zum Job starten, um die Lehrerlaubnis zu erlangen.
- Sie bringen ein fundiertes Pflegeverständnis mit und haben Freude daran, Ihr Wissen an Auszubildende weiterzugeben.
- Mit Ihrer verantwortungsbewussten und empathischen Art begleiten Sie die Lernenden und fördern deren eigenständige Entwicklung.
- Sie kommunizieren sicher auf Deutsch (Niveau C1), sowohl im Unterricht als auch in der Dokumentation.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
