Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie übernehmen die fachliche Verantwortung für die Finanzbuchhaltung, von der Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung bis hin zur Haupt- und Anlagenbuchhaltung
- Sie betreiben aktives Forderungsmanagement inklusive Mahnwesen
- Sie sind verantwortlich für das proaktive Liquiditäts- und Cash-Flow-Management
- Sie erstellen und analysieren regelmäßig die Betriebswirtschaftlichen Auswertungen (BWA)
- Sie bereiten Betriebsabrechnungsbögen (BAB), Gewinn- und Verlustrechnungen sowie weitere betriebswirtschaftliche Kennzahlen zur Unterstützung des Controllings auf
- Sie tragen die Verantwortung für Monatsabschlüsse und Meldewesen (USt-VA, ZM) und koordinieren den Jahresabschluss sowie unterstützen bei Betriebsprüfungen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Finanzbuchhalter, Steuerfachangestellten, Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie verfügen über sechs Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung, vorzugsweise in einem Handelsunternehmen oder mittelständischen Umfeld
- Sie besitzen fundierte Kenntnisse in Debitoren-, Kreditoren- und Hauptbuchhaltung und Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Auswertungen (BWA)
- Sie haben ein hohes Verständnis für Liquiditätssteuerung und Cash-Management
- Sie arbeiten strukturiert, selbstständig und genau
- Sie sind eine offene, authentische, vertrauensvolle und kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit im Umgang mit Geschäftsführung, Schnittstellen im Unternehmen, Kund:innen, Lieferant:innen und externen Partner:innen
- Sie verfügen über verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
