Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie sind eigenverantwortlich für den Ein- und Verkauf von Bio-Trockenprodukten inklusive Ergebnis- und Profitabilitätsverantwortung
- Sie sind die zentrale Ansprechperson, betreiben proaktives Beziehungsmanagement und entwickeln wichtige Lieferanten und Kund:innen strategisch weiter
- Sie identifizieren und erschließen neue Vertriebskanäle und entwickeln das bestehende Produktportfolio weiter
- Sie erstellen und kalkulieren Angebote und führen eigenständig Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen auf Lieferanten- und Kundenseite
- Sie planen, steuern und überwachen alle Warenmengen unter Berücksichtigung von Markt-, Kunden- und Lieferantenanforderungen
- Sie arbeiten eng mit Kolleg:innen des Trockenprodukte-Teams zusammen und fungieren als Schnittstelle zu Logistik, Qualitätsmanagement und Finance/Buchhaltung

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung in den Bereichen BWL, Agrar- oder Gartenbau oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im Einkauf/Verkauf
- Sie verfügen über vier Jahre Berufserfahrung in den oben genannten Bereichen
- Sie besitzen hohe Kundenorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke und ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick
- Sie haben gute Kontakte in den französischen Bio-Markt (Marken, Verarbeiter, LEH) sind von Vorteil
- Sie begeistern sich für Bio-Produkte und haben Interesse an fundierten Warenkenntnissen
- Sie verfügen über verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprachen wie Französisch oder Arabisch sind von Vorteil

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
