- Sie planen, führen und dokumentieren eigenständig ergotherapeutische Einzelbehandlungen mit dem Ziel, die Selbstständigkeit und Lebensqualität der Patient:innen zu fördern.
- Sie konzipieren und leiten zielgerichtete Gruppenbehandlungen, die auf die spezifischen Bedürfnisse der Teilnehmenden zugeschnitten sind.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzt:innen, Pflegekräften und Physiotherapeut:innen entwickeln Sie ganzheitliche Behandlungspläne und stimmen sich regelmäßig im Team ab.
- Sie beraten Patient:innen sowie deren Angehörige kompetent hinsichtlich therapeutischer Maßnahmen und dem Einsatz von Hilfsmitteln für den Alltag.
