Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist Steuerfachangestellte:r und hast dich auf den Lohn spezialisiert ODER
- Du bist Lohnbuchhalter:in aus einer Kanzlei oder aus einem Unternehmen und willst die Abwechslung, die unterschiedliche Mandant:innen mit sich bringen ODER
- Du hast dich über Weiterbildungen in den Lohn hineinentwickelt und rechnest heute eigenständig ab. Dann zählen für uns die Jahre in der Praxis, nicht der Titel auf dem Zeugnis
- Du arbeitest gern mit anderen zusammen, erarbeitest Erfolge gemeinsam und feierst sie auch gemeinsam
- Du hast mehrjährige, eigenständige Praxis in der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung. Das ist das entscheidende Kriterium
- Du hast einen sicheren Umgang mit DATEV LODAS oder Lohn und Gehalt sowie fundierte Kenntnisse im Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
