Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie übernehmen die eigenverantwortliche Grund- und Behandlungspflege unserer stationären Patient:innen und setzen ärztliche Verordnungen gewissenhaft um.
- Sie planen, steuern und dokumentieren den gesamten Pflegeprozess digital, um eine lückenlose und qualitativ hochwertige Versorgung sicherzustellen.
- Sie sind für die fachgerechte Vorbereitung und Verabreichung von Medikamenten zuständig und überwachen deren Wirkung sorgfältig.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson beraten Sie Patient:innen sowie deren Angehörige und arbeiten eng im interdisziplinären Team mit Ärzt:innen und Therapeut:innen zusammen.
- Sie erkennen Notfallsituationen frühzeitig, leiten souverän die erforderlichen Maßnahmen ein und tragen so maßgeblich zur Patientensicherheit bei.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als examinierte Pflegefachkraft, z. B. als Gesundheits- und (Kinder-)Krankenpfleger oder Altenpfleger (m/w/d).
- Berufserfahrung ist ein Plus, aber auch als engagierte:r Berufseinsteiger:in sind Sie herzlich willkommen.
- Ihnen liegt das Wohl Ihrer Patient:innen am Herzen und Sie bringen ein hohes Maß an Empathie und Verantwortungsbewusstsein mit.

- Für die sichere Dokumentation und die Kommunikation im Team bringen Sie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1) mit.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
