Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verantworten die reibungslose Organisation und Leitung des gesamten Schlacht- und Zerlegebetriebs von der Annahme bis zum Endprodukt.
- Sie führen und motivieren Ihr Team von ca. 15 Personen, planen den Personaleinsatz und packen bei Engpässen auch selbst tatkräftig mit an.
- Sie stellen durch lückenlose Qualitätskontrollen und die strikte Einhaltung der Hygienevorschriften eine erstklassige Produktqualität sicher.
- Sie sind die kompetente Ansprechperson für interne Schnittstellen sowie externe Partner wie das Veterinäramt.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Ob als ausgebildete/r Fleischer/-in, Meister/-in oder als erfahrene Kraft aus der Landwirtschaft: Sie bringen min. 3 Jahre praktische Erfahrung in der Schlachtung und Zerlegung mit.
- Sie überzeugen durch Ihr Organisationstalent und ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, um den reibungslosen Ablauf des Betriebs sicherzustellen.
- Idealerweise haben Sie bereits erste Erfahrungen in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden gesammelt.
- Grundlegende EDV-Kenntnisse, insbesondere im Umgang mit MS Office, sind von Vorteil.
- Für die reibungslose Kommunikation mit Ihrem Team und den Veterinärbehörden sprechen Sie fließend Deutsch (C1).

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
