Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verantworten den gesamten Produktionsprozess in der Zerlegung von Rind- und Kalbfleisch und gewährleisten die Einhaltung aller gesetzlichen sowie betrieblichen Vorgaben.
- Sie führen, motivieren und planen Ihr Produktionsteam und fördern die gezielte Weiterentwicklung Ihrer Mitarbeitenden.
- Sie analysieren kontinuierlich die Arbeitsabläufe, identifizieren Optimierungspotenziale und setzen Maßnahmen zur Steigerung der Effizienz und Qualität um.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson stellen Sie die Einhaltung der hohen Standards in den Bereichen Hygiene, Qualität und Arbeitssicherheit sicher.
- In enger Abstimmung mit angrenzenden Abteilungen wie dem Lager steuern Sie die Produktionsplanung und garantieren eine termingerechte Auftragsabwicklung.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fleischer (m/w/d), idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum Meister (m/w/d)
- Sie verfügen über min. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Zerlegung von Rind- und Kalbfleisch
- Sie haben Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung
- Sie besitzen fundierte Kenntnisse der relevanten Hygiene-, Qualitäts- und Arbeitsschutzvorschriften
- Sie haben Organisations- und Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit
- Sie zeichnen sich durch Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit aus
- Sie bringen fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit (C1)
