Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verantworten die reibungslose Koordination von Anlieferungen und Abholungen auf unseren Baustellen und klären dabei alle logistischen Details.
- In enger Abstimmung mit dem Vertrieb und unseren Kund:innen überwachen Sie proaktiv die Liefertermine und stellen so den pünktlichen Projektfortschritt sicher.
- Sie erstellen routiniert mit MS Office alle notwendigen Fracht- und Abholpapiere für nationale sowie internationale Transporte und unterstützen das Team bei der Exportabwicklung.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson für Speditionen, Fahrer:innen und Kund:innen kommunizieren Sie souverän und finden schnelle Lösungen bei logistischen Herausforderungen.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bürokaufmann (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie verfügen über mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der kaufmännischen Sachbearbeitung, idealerweise mit Erfahrung in der Baubranche
- Sie besitzen Grundkenntnisse in der Erstellung von Fracht- und Exportpapieren sowie in nationalen und internationalen Versandprozessen
- Sie sind verhandlungssicher im Umgang mit Speditionen und Dienstleister:innen
- Sie haben gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens GER C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (mindestens GER B2)

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
