- Baustellenbesuche im Rahmen der Fachbauleitung bzw. Gebäudebeurteilung (Bestand) - Besprechungen bei Bauherrn, Architekten und Behörden
Was erwartet dich?
- Du entwickelst objektgerechte Brandschutzkonzepte und -nachweise für vielfältige Bauvorhaben und begleitest diese von der ersten Analyse bis zur Genehmigung
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson berätst Du Architekt:innen, Bauherr:innen sowie Behörden und erarbeitest für sie sichere und wirtschaftliche Lösungen
- Du übernimmst die Fachbauleitung vor Ort und stellst in enger Abstimmung mit den ausführenden Firmen die korrekte Umsetzung der Brandschutzmaßnahmen sicher
- Mithilfe von Simulationen bewertest Du die Wirksamkeit von Entrauchungs- und Evakuierungskonzepten und leitest daraus Optimierungen ab (optional)
- Du erstellst und aktualisierst wichtige Dokumente wie Brandschutzordnungen und Bestandsanalysen und sorgst so für eine lückenlose Projektdokumentation

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Architektur, des Bauingenieurwesens oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Grundkenntnisse im Brandschutz sowie erste Erfahrungen im Feuerwehrwesen sind wünschenswert. Vor allem bringst du echtes Interesse an der Brandschutz-Thematik mit und hast Lust, dich tief in dieses Fachgebiet einzuarbeiten
- Du überzeugst durch ein ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis, verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1-Niveau) und einen sicheren Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
- Ein selbstbewusstes, souveränes Auftreten zeichnet dich ebenso aus wie eine strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
