Was erwartet dich?
- Du begleitest Patient:innen aktiv auf ihrem Weg zur Genesung, indem du individuelle Trainingspläne im Rahmen der medizinischen Trainingstherapie (MTT) erstellst und die Durchführung eigenverantwortlich steuerst.
- Auf Basis ärztlicher Befunde und deiner eigenen Bewegungsanalysen (Kinematik) entwickelst du maßgeschneiderte Therapiekonzepte, die genau auf die Bedürfnisse deiner Patient:innen zugeschnitten sind.
- Auf der Trainingsfläche bist du die zentrale Ansprechperson: Du leitest Übungen professionell an, gibst korrigierendes Feedback und motivierst deine Patient:innen, ihre persönlichen Therapieziele zu erreichen.
- Du dokumentierst sorgfältig die Therapieverläufe sowie Fortschritte und stimmst dich regelmäßig im interdisziplinären Team ab, um den bestmöglichen Behandlungserfolg sicherzustellen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Sportwissenschaften, eine Ausbildung zum Sport- oder Medizinischen Trainingstherapeuten (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse in der medizinischen Trainingstherapie und Bewegungslehre mit.
- Im Umgang mit Patient:innen überzeugst du durch deine freundliche und empathische Art.
- Eine zuverlässige, strukturierte und kollegiale Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich aus.
- Für die Betreuung der Patient:innen sprichst du fließend Deutsch (C1-Niveau).

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
