Was erwartet dich?
- Du konzipierst und baust KI-gestützte Outbound-Systeme von A bis Z – von der Lead-Liste über das Daten-Enrichment mit Tools wie Clay bis zur skalierten, personalisierten Ansprache.
- Du automatisierst komplexe GTM-Workflows mit Tools wie n8n, Make oder Zapier und sorgst so für maximale Effizienz und Skalierbarkeit unserer Kampagnen.
- Du analysierst Kaufsignale wie Intent Data, Job-Wechsel oder Funding-Runden und übersetzt diese Erkenntnisse direkt in hochrelevante Outbound-Sequenzen.
- Du implementierst und optimierst Go-to-Market-Strategien nicht nur für uns, sondern auch direkt für unsere Kund:innen und schaffst so einen messbaren Beitrag zu deren Wachstum.
- Du arbeitest eng mit unserem 6-köpfigen GTM-Engineering-Team zusammen, um Best Practices auszutauschen und gemeinsam die besten Lösungen zu entwickeln.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mindestens ein Jahr Berufserfahrung in Bereichen wie Outbound, Lead-Generierung oder RevOps und kannst Erfolge in eigenen Kampagnen vorweisen.
- Du hast bereits praktisch mit Clay gearbeitet und eigenständig Tabellen mit Enrichments, Waterfalls und KI-Spalten aufgebaut.
- Du automatisierst Workflows souverän mit Tools wie n8n, Make oder Zapier und gehst sicher mit KI-Tools und LLMs um.
- Du verbindest analytisches Denken und Business Sense mit einer proaktiven, eigenständigen Arbeitsweise und viel Ownership.
- Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch (C2-Niveau), um dich im Team und mit Partnern abzustimmen.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
