Als Performance Marketing Manager verantwortest du monatlich sechsstellige Budgets in Paid Search und Paid Social. Wir arbeiten zahlengetrieben und schnell, ohne lange Abstimmungsschleifen. Du triffst Entscheidungen eigenständig und übernimmst echte Budgetverantwortung. Weil unsere Kunden ausschließlich im B2B-Umfeld aktiv sind, sind die Budgets höher und die Ansätze deutlich anspruchsvoller als im klassischen B2C-Marketing. Starten kannst du ab sofort.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für ganze Werbeaccounts und triffst eigenständig die wichtigen Entscheidungen über ihre Entwicklung.
- Du planst den Aufbau neuer Werbekonten strategisch und arbeitest dich schnell in komplexe Branchen ein.
- Du erstellst und steuerst Paid-Search- und Paid-Social-Kampagnen auf Google, Microsoft, Meta und LinkedIn. Eine Spezialisierung auf einen oder mehrere Kanäle ist möglich.
- Du behältst alle relevanten KPIs im Blick und reagierst schnell, wenn dir Unstimmigkeiten oder Potenziale auffallen.

- Erfahrung: Du hast bereits Paid-Search- oder Paid-Social-Kampagnen mit vier- bis fünfstelligen Monatsbudgets aufgebaut und gesteuert.
- Arbeitsweise: Du arbeitest analytisch, proaktiv und lösungsorientiert.
- Motivation: Du willst mit erfahrenen Leuten Werbeaccounts für führende B2B-Unternehmen mit fünf- bis sechsstelligen Monatsbudgets aufbauen und steuern.

- Case Study vor Ort & Meet the Team: In unserem Office in der Rosenstraße 17 gehst du live mit uns durch einen echten Google-Ads-Account und zeigst uns, wie du ihn analysierst. Dabei lernst du unsere Gründer Arne und Mirco persönlich kennen und kannst mit dem Team quatschen. In ca. 90 Minuten nehmen wir dich mit in unsere Prozesse, unsere Mission und unseren Business-Plan. Yes, this is possible. In your application overview you can view your information and make changes. If you have already been invited to an interview, editing is no longer possible. However, you can still add general information and upload additional documents in your profile.

In your application overview you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.
Can I send several applications at once?
The number of your applications is not limited. An overview of your applications can be found in your application overview.

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact us anytime via email.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
