Als Founders Associate übernimmst du von Anfang an Verantwortung für strategische Projekte, baust Prozesse mit Tools wie n8n und Claude auf und treibst sie eigenständig voran. Starten kannst du ab sofort.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die volle Verantwortung für die Finanzplanung, von der Budgetierung bis zum Forecast, und entwickelst skalierbare Prozesse für nachhaltiges Wachstum.
- Du findest Optimierungspotenziale und automatisierst operative Abläufe mit KI-Tools wie Claude Code und OpenClaw und Plattformen wie n8n, Make.com und Zapier.
- Du baust moderne Business-Intelligence-Strukturen auf, zum Beispiel mit Snowflake und Looker Studio, und schaffst so datengetriebene Entscheidungsgrundlagen.
- Du bist Sparring für unsere Gründer bei strategischen und operativen Entscheidungen und bringst eigene Perspektiven in den Wachstumsprozess ein.
- Du entwickelst neue Business-Ideen und Go-to-Market-Strategien und setzt sie von 0 auf 1 um.
- Du schaffst Klarheit in komplexen Themen durch saubere Analysen, strukturierte Entscheidungsgrundlagen und klare Umsetzungspläne.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Deutsch auf C2-Niveau: Du sprichst und schreibst Deutsch sicher und überzeugend, denn unsere Kunden sitzen in DACH.
- Ausbildung & Erfahrung: Du hast deinen Bachelor oder Master abgeschlossen und 1 bis 3 Jahre relevante Erfahrung in schnellen Umfeldern wie Startups, Consulting oder VC gesammelt.
- Führung: Du hast erste Erfahrung darin, Mitarbeitende oder Praktikanten zu führen, und gehst mit gutem Beispiel voran.
- Unternehmergeist: Du interessierst dich für den Aufbau von Unternehmen und willst ständig Neues lernen.
- Arbeitsweise: Du bist zielstrebig, proaktiv und übernimmst Verantwortung.

- Personal Fit: Im zweiten Gespräch (ca. 30–45 Minuten) lernen wir dich richtig kennen und erfahren, was dich antreibt. Gleichzeitig zeigen wir dir, wie wir bei Arvana arbeiten, und beantworten all deine Fragen.
- Case Study vor Ort & Meet the Team: Vorab bekommst du eine Case Study aus unserem Alltag, die du zu Hause vorbereitest und dann bei uns im Office in der Rosenstraße 17 vorstellst. Dabei lernst du unsere Gründer Arne und Mirco persönlich kennen und kannst mit dem Team quatschen. In ca. 90 Minuten nehmen wir dich mit in unsere Prozesse, unsere Mission und unseren Business-Plan. Danach melden wir uns innerhalb von 2 Tagen bei dir.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
