Was erwartet dich?
- Du berätst unsere Kunden beim Kauf von Ersatzteilen und findest persönlich, telefonisch oder online die passende Lösung.
- Du erstellst Angebote, bestellst Ersatzteile und behältst Liefertermine zuverlässig im Blick.
- Du versorgst Werkstatt, Vertrieb und Kunden termingerecht mit den benötigten Ersatzteilen und Materialien.
- Du kommissionierst, versendest und stellst Ersatzteile für interne und externe Kunden bereit.
- Du prüfst Wareneingänge, kontrollierst Lieferungen und sorgst für Ordnung im Ersatzteillager.
- Du bearbeitest Reklamationen und Rücksendungen und findest gemeinsam mit Kunden und Herstellern passende Lösungen.
- Du unterstützt Verkaufs- und Marketingaktionen und wirkst bei Kundenveranstaltungen mit.
- Du übernimmst Lagerbuchungen, Bestandskontrollen und Inventuren sowie die Pflege von Kunden- und Artikeldaten.
- Du arbeitest eng mit Werkstatt, Vertrieb und Service zusammen und unterstützt bei Bedarf weitere Standorte.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung.
- Idealerweise bringst Du Erfahrung aus der Landtechnik, dem Maschinenbau, der Kfz-Branche oder dem Ersatzteilvertrieb mit.

- Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und zuverlässig.

- Du arbeitest gern im Team und behältst auch in arbeitsintensiven Phasen den Überblick.
