Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie behalten unsere Bestände im Blick und erkennen frühzeitig, wann Handlungsbedarf besteht
- Sie holen Angebote ein, vergleichen Preise und Konditionen und schaffen damit die Grundlage für wirtschaftliche Einkaufsentscheidungen
- Sie steuern den Bestellprozess von der Bestellung bis zur Lieferung und prüfen Auftragsbestätigungen sowie Liefertermine
- Sie stehen im direkten Austausch mit unseren Lieferant:innen und sind eine wichtige Schnittstelle zu Wareneingang, Qualitätssicherung und Vertrieb
- Bei Abweichungen oder Reklamationen finden Sie gemeinsam mit unseren Lieferant:innen schnelle und pragmatische Lösungen
- Sie bringen eigene Ideen ein und unterstützen uns dabei, Beschaffungskosten und Einkaufsprozesse kontinuierlich zu optimieren

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Erste oder fundierte Berufserfahrung im Einkauf, unabhängig davon, ob Ihr Schwerpunkt im operativen oder strategischen Bereich liegt
- Ihre Basis ist eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium
- Sie haben Interesse, sich in unsere Produkte rund um Verbindungselemente und C-Teile einzuarbeiten
- Mit Ihrer strukturierten und lösungsorientierten Denkweise treffen Sie nachvollziehbare Entscheidungen und behalten auch bei vielen Details den Überblick
- Sie arbeiten eigenverantwortlich, kommunizieren gerne mit Lieferant:innen sowie internen Teams und haben Lust, Prozesse aktiv mitzugestalten
- Im Umgang mit MS Office sind Sie sicher und Sie kommunizieren verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch (C1) sowie gut auf Englisch

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
