Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie erstellen und verantworten eigenständig die monatlichen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen für einen festen Mandantenstamm mit DATEV LODAS oder Lohn und Gehalt
- Als direkte:r Ansprechpartner:in beraten Sie Ihre Mandant:innen kompetent bei allen Fragen zur Entgeltabrechnung sowie zu lohnsteuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Themen
- Sie pflegen die Personalstammdaten sorgfältig und kümmern sich um das gesamte Melde- und Bescheinigungswesen gegenüber Behörden und Sozialversicherungsträgern
- Sie wickeln den gesamten Prozess bei Ein- und Austritten von Mitarbeitenden ab, inklusive der Erstellung aller notwendigen Dokumente
- Sie bearbeiten souverän abrechnungstechnische Sonderfälle wie Kurzarbeit, Mutterschutz oder betriebliche Altersvorsorge
- Sie bereiten Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsprüfungen vor und begleiten diese als kompetente Ansprechperson für die Prüfer:innen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellte:r, Lohnbuchhalter:in oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Qualifikation
- Idealerweise bringen Sie Berufserfahrung in der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung sowie fundierte Kenntnisse im Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht mit
- Im Umgang mit einer DATEV-Lohnsoftware (z. B. LODAS oder Lohn und Gehalt) und den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen sind Sie sicher
- Eine sorgfältige, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie Freude am direkten Kontakt mit Mandant:innen und Kolleg:innen zeichnen Sie aus
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1) in Wort und Schrift runden Ihr Profil ab

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
