Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie empfangen unsere Patient:innen herzlich, betreuen sie und pflegen sorgfältig deren Daten im System
- Sie vergeben Termine strukturiert (telefonisch, digital, vor Ort) und koordinieren Dringlichkeiten
- Sie geben Aufklärungsbögen (für MRT und CT) aus, prüfen und bearbeiten diese
- Sie steuern den Praxisablauf reibungslos zwischen Anmeldung, Wartebereich und Untersuchung
- Sie führen ein effizientes Backoffice, indem Sie Befunde versenden, Patienten-CDs/QR-Codes erstellen und Post- sowie E-Mail-Bearbeitung übernehmen
- Sie bereiten Rechnungen und Abrechnungen vor und wickeln diese ab (EBM, GOÄ, Kassenanfragen)

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als MFA, Kauffrau/-mann im Gesundheitswesen oder ähnliches
- Sie haben Erfahrung im Patientenmanagement oder am Empfang sowie gute Kenntnisse in der Abrechnung (EBM / GOÄ)
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit Praxissoftware und haben eine allgemeine digitale Affinität
- Sie besitzen ein ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und bewahren einen kühlen Kopf, auch wenn es mal stressiger wird
- Sie treten empathisch und freundlich auf und haben Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
- Sie arbeiten zuverlässig, haben echten Teamgeist und sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (Englisch ist von Vorteil)

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
