Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie übernehmen die wirtschaftliche und technische Projektverantwortung im Schlüsselfertigbau als ausführender Generalunternehmer (m/w/d)
- Sie führen und koordinieren zielorientiert interne sowie externe Projektbeteiligte, wie Architekt:innen, Fachplaner:innen, Statiker:innen und Behörden
- Sie steuern Termine, Qualität und Kosten über alle Projektphasen hinweg
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Ausschreibung und Vergabe von Nachunternehmerleistungen sowie das aktive Nachtragsmanagement
- Sie managen die Schnittstellen zwischen Bauherr:innen, Behörden und allen anderen Projektbeteiligten
- Sie erkennen frühzeitig Risiken und leiten geeignete Maßnahmen zur Sicherstellung des Projekterfolgs ab

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen oder Architektur
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Projektleitung von Schlüsselfertigbauprojekten mit einem Projektvolumen von über 30 Millionen Euro
- Sie besitzen fundierte Kenntnisse in der Bauabwicklung, Projektsteuerung und Ausführungsplanung
- Sie haben ein hohes technisches Verständnis sowie einen ausgeprägten Blick für Wirtschaftlichkeit und Bauabläufe
- Sie bringen Führungskompetenz, Organisationstalent und Teamgeist mit
- Sie zeichnen sich durch hohe Kommunikationsstärke auf Augenhöhe aus und sind sachlich, verbindlich sowie lösungsorientiert

In your application overview you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.
Can I send several applications at once?
The number of your applications is not limited. An overview of your applications can be found in your application overview.
Can other companies see where else I have applied?
Can I also contact the company's contact person directly?
Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact us anytime via email.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
