- Kreativität - mit deiner Kreativität entwirfst du einzigartige Architektur- und Einrichtungskonzepte, die Du durch Mood-Boards, Farb- und Materialkollagen mit Emotionen füllst. Dabei setzt Du die Wünsche und Ideen unserer Kunden um.
- Planung - Die Erstellung der CAD-Planung (Lph. 1-4).
- Team – nicht nur im Design-Team wird eng zusammengearbeitet, sondern auch mit den Projektleitern. Nur so kann der Entwurf erfolgreich umgesetzt werden.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Einstellung – Du willst immer mehr, hast einen hohen Anspruch an deine Konzepte und dich selbst, und liebst die Herausforderung.
- Erfahrung – in der Innenarchitektur, gerne im Bereich Markenarchitektur. Dies ist aber keine zwingende Voraussetzung – auch Berufseinsteiger sind willkommen.
- Leidenschaft – Du begeisterst Dich für Innenarchitektur und dafür mit jedem Entwurf etwas Einzigartiges zu schaffen.
- Eigenschaften – Kreativität, Eigeninitiative, Teamfähigkeit und hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit.
- Kenntnisse – Du beherrscht CAD (bevorzugt Vectorworks) gut und sprichst sehr gut deutsch. Gute Englischkenntnisse und Französischkenntnisse sind wünschenswert.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
