Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verantworten die Etablierung, Validierung und Auswertung komplexer multiplexer Immunfluoreszenz-Färbungen und gestalten aktiv das zugehörige Qualitätsmanagement.
- Sie führen die morphologische Befundung von HE-Präparaten im Kontext immunhistochemischer sowie molekulargenetischer Ergebnisse durch und leiten daraus Indikationen für weiterführende Diagnostik ab.
- Als fachliche Ansprechperson beraten Sie das Laborpersonal und administrative Schnittstellen bei der Spezifizierung, Anforderung und Prozessierung von Proben.
- Sie bringen Ihre Expertise aktiv in interdisziplinäre Fallkonferenzen wie immunologisch-onkologische Tumorboards ein und diskutieren Befunde im klinischen Kontext.
- Sie treiben innovative Projekte in den Bereichen der digitalen Pathologie, Tumor-Immunologie und Spatial Omics voran und gestalten so die Diagnostik der Zukunft mit.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben Ihre Facharztausbildung in der Pathologie erfolgreich abgeschlossen und besitzen eine deutsche Approbation.
- Sie begeistern sich für moderne Methoden und haben idealerweise bereits Erfahrung in der Immunfluoreszenz, digitalen Pathologie oder Molekularpathologie.
- Ein hoher Qualitätsanspruch prägt Ihre Arbeitsweise und Sie bringen Interesse am Qualitätsmanagement mit.
- Als kommunikationsstarke und verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit schätzen Sie den fachlichen Austausch in interdisziplinären Teams.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
