Was erwartet Sie?
- Als erste Ansprechperson empfangen und betreuen Sie unsere Patient:innen und sorgen dafür, dass sie sich vom ersten Moment an gut aufgehoben fühlen.
- Sie verantworten die gesamte Praxisorganisation – von der Terminvergabe über die Koordination der Abläufe bis hin zur sorgfältigen Patientendokumentation.
- Sie führen eigenständig Blutentnahmen und weitere diagnostische Vorbereitungen durch.
- Sie assistieren bei dem Team in der Nauklerstraße in Tübingen bei endoskopischen Untersuchungen und stellen durch die fachgerechte Aufbereitung der Instrumente höchste Hygienestandards sicher.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Ärzteteam tragen Sie maßgeblich zu einem reibungslosen und patientenorientierten Behandlungsablauf bei.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Medizinische Fachangestellte, Pflegefachkraft, Hebamme oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Sie haben mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung
- Idealerweise bringen Sie erste Erfahrung in der Endoskopieassistenz oder Geräteaufbereitung mit – falls nicht, lernen wir Sie gerne an.
- Mit Ihrem hohen Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Ihrer Freude am Umgang mit Patient:innen passen Sie perfekt in unser Team.
- Sie kommunizieren sicher auf Deutsch (mindestens C1-Niveau), um eine reibungslose Betreuung zu gewährleisten.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
