- Du akquirierst O&M, Service- und Wartungsverträge
- Du baust Kundenbeziehungen auf und pflegst sie

- Du wirkst bei der Erstellung und Verhandlung von Serviceverträgen und SLA-Modellen mit

- Du erstellst Marktanalysen und Wettbewerbsanalysen
- Du besuchst Industrie-übliche Kongresse und Veranstaltungen
- Du unterstützt Ausschreibungen und Angebotsprozesse
- Du arbeitest mit Operations, Engineering und Projektteams zusammen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Ingenieurwissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Energietechnik, Verfahrenstechnik, Maschinenbau oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Du hast alternativ eine technische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung und mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung im technischen Vertrieb oder Servicegeschäft
- Du hast alternativ ein kommerzielles Studium mit Berufserfahrung im O&M-Bereich, Wasserstoff-Service
- Du hast nachweisbare Erfahrung im Vertrieb technischer Dienstleistungen, Service- oder O&M-Verträge
- Du hast erfolgreich abgeschlossene Projekte oder Verträge im Energie-, Industrie- oder Infrastruktursektor
- Du hast technisches Verständnis von Industrie- und Energieanlagen, idealerweise im Wasserstoffumfeld
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Kalkulation, Erstellung und Verhandlung komplexer Service- und Betriebsführungsverträge
- Du trittst sicher auf allen Hierarchieebenen auf und hast ausgeprägte Verhandlungs- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Du hast verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein Klasse B und bist bereit zu regelmäßigen Dienstreisen
