Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie unterstützen pflegebedürftige Menschen direkt in ihrem Zuhause bei der täglichen Grundpflege und bei hauswirtschaftlichen Tätigkeiten.
- Sie sind eine wichtige Bezugsperson im Alltag Ihrer Patient:innen, leisten Gesellschaft und haben ein offenes Ohr für deren Anliegen.
- Sie arbeiten eng im Team mit examinierten Pflegefachkräften zusammen, stimmen sich regelmäßig ab und dokumentieren Ihre Tätigkeiten.
- Sie übernehmen eigenständig Fahrten zu den Patient:innen in Ihrem Einsatzgebiet und sorgen so für eine verlässliche Betreuung vor Ort.

- Sie bringen idealerweise erste Erfahrung in der Pflege mit, sind aber auch als Quereinsteiger:in herzlich willkommen.
- Ihnen liegt der Umgang mit pflegebedürftigen Menschen am Herzen und Sie zeigen viel Einfühlungsvermögen und Zuverlässigkeit.
- Für die Touren im ambulanten Dienst ist ein Führerschein der Klasse B zwingend erforderlich.
- Sie kommunizieren sicher auf Deutsch (mindestens C1-Niveau), um eine reibungslose Betreuung zu gewährleisten.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
