Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verantworten die gesamte Auftragsabwicklung von der Angebotserstellung über die Verhandlung bis zur Fakturierung und nutzen dafür unser ERP- und CRM-System.
- Als zentrale Schnittstelle unterstützen Sie aktiv den Außendienst und sind die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kund:innen bei allen Fragen rund um Mietaufträge.
- Sie koordinieren die Abwicklung von Mietrückgaben und stimmen sich dabei eng mit den Kolleg:innen aus der Logistik- und Serviceabteilung ab.
- Die sorgfältige Pflege der Kundenstammdaten und Rahmenvereinbarungen gehört ebenso zu Ihren Aufgaben wie die Betreuung der Konsignationslager.
- Sie erstellen regelmäßig Vertriebsauswertungen, Kennzahlenreports sowie Bonusabrechnungen mit MS Office und bereiten die Daten für das Management auf.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung ist Ihre Basis.
- Sie bringen mindestens 3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in der kaufmännischen Sachbearbeitung, idealerweise im Vertriebsumfeld, mit.
- Im Umgang mit MS Office sind Sie versiert und haben bereits mit gängigen ERP- und CRM-Systemen gearbeitet.
- Mit Ihrer strukturierten Arbeitsweise, Ihrer Zahlenaffinität und Ihrer Kommunikationsstärke überzeugen Sie im Austausch mit Kunden und Kollegen.
- Ihre Deutschkenntnisse sind auf verhandlungssicherem Niveau (C1) in Wort und Schrift.
